they just seem to stroll their way back up the court. the computer however is dunking all over me wiht allyoops.

also, ally oops rarely ever work especially with an open lane.

I had the same experience, but after awhile have started to learn.

Firstly if you want to make ally-oops it's always better to use off-ball control and select the player dunking. Then run and cut to the basket. If you see you're player put his hand up in the air, hit the pass button and let the CPU finish it off. Whenever they've got their hand up that means they're "looking" at the player so they are expecting the pass. However, make sure it's a solid jumper/dunker, and it's still not always perfect, this way i only make about 1/2 of my attempts. However I don't really try it much unless i'm ahead by a few buckets.

The CPU has a much easier time running the fast break than we do. However, I've noticed that if you immediately fire an outlet pass after grabbing a rebound or making a defensive stop, your CPU teammates will get the idea and sprint up court.

You can also run faster without the ball, so using Off-Ball control after you make the outlet pass also helps. It requires some quick switching though.

my team mates dont get the idea tho, everytime i get the ball to the pg and turbo up the court, they do too, until they pass halfcourt, they jog.. its gets annoying..
