If superficial elements such as logos and jerseys are of importance, pick a team with a logo and jersey that you like.

Put together a team of players that suits your style and you have fun playing with. Or, if you find that making lots of moves ruins your enjoyment, try playing with real NBA rosters.

Well it all depends on what's "fun" for you.

Personally I play with the default rosters that come with the game and I usually pick a team that's either on a 'rebuilding stage' (Utah?) or a possible playoff contender but not exactly a championship contender yet (Seattle?, NY?)

Also it depends on your playing style, for me I don't really like playing in the post, so I wouldn't always pick a team with a slotman for a star player.

thanks yo
ill narrow it down a little more
i like usin defaulrt rosters cus trades ruin the season for me and i dont mind jerseys
i like a good point guard who can grab boards easily and drain shots in the clutch and i hate pickin the best team in games
any 1 know a match

How about New Jersey? Try Washington maybe. Or toronto.

Not exactly a great PG, but i've recently had some fun in my Golden State Warriors franchise, rebuilding them and in year 5 won the championship over the Tornoto Raptors (raptors picked up Zach Randolph) In the beginning they definately aren't the best, but Nick Van Exel can sure as hell rain 3-pointers, and Richardson's a nice little SG to score with.

However by year 4 i traded them
(trade E.Dampier/J.Richardson(69) to Orl for D.Gooden/G.Hill)

(my champ roster)
C-K.Oyensekmi (drafted rookie)
PF-Drew Gooden
SF-Mike Dunleavy Jr.
SG-Aaron Arthurs (drafted rookie - 80ovr)
PG-Chris Wilkes (drafted rookie)
notable backups
------------------
C-Stromile Swift
PF-Vladamir Radmonovic
SF-Grant Hill
SG-Bobby Jackson

what happened to nick?
and what are your rookies that were drafted rated?

I traded Exel and some scrub for Stromile Swift (at the time Exel had regressed to 60 ovr)

it went (in order of drafting)
Arthurs - year 2 (Now an 80 ovr)
Oyensekmi - year 3 (Now a 71 ovr)
Wilkes - year 4 (Now a 73 ovr)
