This error msg...has anybody seen this before??

Whenever i finish a game in nba live 2004... the game crashes and i get this msg...

has anybody seen this msg before? does anyone know what to do??

strangely, this crashing became less frequent when i turned off triple linear and more advanced options...but still happens...the game itself runs great with almost max setting...can anyone help??
