How to do Intentional Foul?

Can someone please tell me on how to do intentional foul using keyboard? I know if you use PS2 controller/Logitech, all you need is to press Select button. But for keyboard, I still don't know.

You will need to assign a Playcalling key. Press this key once to call for an intentional foul.

Also, press the playcall button in offense to call a timeout.

Is there any way to prevent a technical foul when you accidentally hit the timeout button twice?
