NBDL Add On

I'm thinking of redoing this patch, would any1 be interested?

Features
- All 6 NBDL Teams
- Home and away jerseys along with 2 practice jerseys for each team
- A court for the NBDL Teams to use.
- Does not overwrite anything, simply adds the NBDL to your roster
- A custom team switcher (theres a 5 custom team limit)
- Realistic ratings and gameplay making NBDL players compatable with NBA Rosters
- Logos made by Mikki D (some in game logos are generic)

NOTE: These teams will not work in season mode, dynastry mode, or most other modes other than exhibition and practice. A future release could fix this but i'm not sure.....

Exspect future Art Update releases and DBF update releases.

- Ime Udoka got called up to the Lakers! Release him from Charlestonand sign him to the Lakers!.

jerseys would be the top thing on my list to get done. look on the team webpages for some pics i wasnt able to find much except the frontpage ones.

EDIT:

So far i have done all the dbf editing alowing them to be added on as teams. They all have the correct coaches, although some heights and weights are off, along with all the coaches having generic faces.

I also finished finding players already in the game which wont be needed to be created. I'm going to start creating players and forming teams tonight, hopefully i can do the rosters completely in the next few days.

NOTE: You will not be able to play a dynasty with the nbdl teams, but you will be able to play a season.

this isnt to be mean or rude, but personally I do not think anyone cares about the NBDL.. its kinda like for NBA and Euro Rejects IMO.. anyways I hope it all turns out for you.. good luck

wow it was nice to wake up to see some people willing to help.

krupac and krux, before you do cyberfaces for players i could use some for coaches.....

also is either of have any experience court/arena patching that'd be great.....

I'd recommend to make a new thread, the progress thread like Tony made for the street mod. U can check Ime Udoka, I'm workin on him at the moment

the faces for coaches dont have to be perfect, i'd just like them to resemble the real coaches so u can recognize them, if u use one of the custom templates and make some minor changes it could be easy. with the whole importing stuff, it very well could be because ur using eagraph....

it's very good cept that little part of his hair on the right side that goes down....

some good news, i have succesfully imported asheville 100% working into the original rosters. i'm going to be testing out their compatability with other rosters soon. wish me luck

Well things couldnt be going much better at this point. Everything is compatable, if some sort of bug does come up with another roster it'll be one which should be very easy to fix unless a roster has about 300 created players lol

ONLY BUG SO FAR:

when i select asheville as my home team it sets the ea default arena as its home court. when i go into a game with this court it crashes during the loading screen. other courts seem to work how ever, i'm not sure what the problem is but it's not too major seeing as gerald is making/already made a court for the nbdl teams...

Is any1 here willing to mkae logos?? Gerald made us an all purpose court for the nbdl, cklitsie got all the jerseys and practice jerseys done, and i'm working on the rosters and dbf and all that stuff which is going well. All i need now is logos, so it'd be great if any1 could do em, i'm completely unable to do anything to do with art because when ever i try something always goes terribly wrong

. so if some1 could PLEASE make logos, i could really get this patch rolling since all the necessary art stuff will be done....

The mod is near completion. If all goes as planned it should be ready to go by January 2nd or 3rd.

All that is left is i must finish up the rosters and make the .bat files (which i may need some help with, i really dont want to make this a custom art patch) As said before, this patch should be compatable with just about every other roster out there....

Cklitsie for the jerseys (including practice ones) and overall help

Superman for living upto his name, lots of technical help and logos

Gerald for the all purpose court which looks awesome

I'm hopefull that there will be many more updates after version one which include cyberfaces, and possibly a court for each team.

nope logos are done by superman. i'd be glad to use the udoka, but did u fix up the right side of the hair line?

Lenny Cooke did play in the nbdl for a bit but no longer does, i was thinking of putting him in as kind of a surprise fa...

www.nba.com/nbdl/ iswhere you can find all the players pics and that stuff. Tierre Brown, Desmond Penigar, Erron Maxey, Marque Perry, Jason Collier, Britton Johnson, Ronald DuPree, and Mateen Cleaves are some of the stars in the league.
