I once looked at the anim folder and open one of the file inside it and I found the word "team mascot" and "cheerleaders". I also found them in one of those string in the NBA 2004.exe file (using hexeditor). Does this mean that once I make a graphic files of team mascot or cheerleaders , I will see them in the game?

I doubt it...but it might be worth further investigation.
