2003 Tooolkit is very usefull on 2004

You can make trades in an already started Dinasty 
and alter the rosters of other teams and update ratings and use the megamodifier and a lot of stuff. You guys should try it
But you cannot import rosters with it yet
. I wish the guys that make the toolkit could make an updated version for 2004 very soon so we could update the rosters and ratings of our Dinasty with the NLSC roster update.
