player of the month/shoes

am now playing as Bulls, at rookie level. My player Leborn James had a triple-double month (35+pts, 15+st, 15ast), why he can't win Player of the Month and Rookie of the month?

Also, I unlocked Air Jordan 1 and let James wear it, but when i unlock other shoes and let him try it on, AJ1 is no longer avaliable, why is it like that?

Because those stats are totally unrealistic.

You have to save your settings so your shoes wont disappear...
