Can anyone make charlotte bobcats playable in Dynasty?!

Can anyone do this? playing bobcats in dynasty is more realistic because you can start with expansion players...

it maybe possible but you have to remove one of the current teams coz when charlotte starts next season. The nba will change its format and make a 3 division conference and put New Orleans in the western conference. So even if you can put the bobcats on the dynasty mode it'll still be unrealistic 'coz your gonna have to replace it with one of the current nba teams.
