help on removing headbands

does anyone know how to remove headbands using the dbf editing thing
cus i open the players.dbf file and make the headwear 0 for amare but the headband still comes up

make sure you edit all the .dbf files you have to in database and in your save files. Or make sure you load the one you changed (if it's a save file.)

open the players.dbf at your saves folder then change the player's HEADWEAR to 0...

The best way to edit any aspect of the rosters is to save the roster and edit the appropriate data, then re-load the modified roster. It is much quicker than editing all of the files in the database folder.
