Just a heads up re: dunk packages

They seem to have changed and in some cases swaped some of the packages. So please remove the link to them in the player DBF editing guide till I can update it.

I'm just now starting on it, should be done by the end of the year.

Also, is anyone else baffled by the new scoring areas?. There seem to be three catch-alls, an outside shooter, and thats it.

I've actually investigated the NBA Live 2004 dunk packages myself, so I've updated the DUNKPACK guide.
