The game crashes when i enable the custom art thing

I got the game yesterday and when i started puting the patchs the game started to crash anytime... so i disabled the custom art and it went good.
Does any1 knows how to fix this ?? It would be really sad to play it without all the awesome patchs out there :cry:

Please do a search on this topic.................. there have been about 10 threads on this. Answer is; there is no fix as of yet, but there are alternate ways of adding patches.
