Rookie of the month bug?

Hi all,

I'm playing a dynasty with the Nuggets, and every month Carmelo Anthony is averaging 20+ppg, 49%FG, 6rpg, 3apg... I've reached march and he hasn't been named West Rookie of the Month so far. However, other crap ones, last was Collison, have been named averaging only 13p6r etc. BTW, LeBron is recurrently named in the East, but even James is having worse performances than my Melo.

I've read I'm not the only to suffer this issue. Can you confirm that?

i have the same issue,
nothing new though i think..

my rookie is averaging 28pts, on 52% shooting, 5.3assists, 8rebounds..

and he gets beaten by another rook who is averaging 12pts, 8.2rebounds and 5.6assists and shooting 40% :roll:

The same goes for the player of the month award.

My Shaq is averaging 29pts, 11.9rebs, 5.9blks, 1.2stls, 0.8asts and Garnette received the award when he was only averaging 19pts, 13rebs, 1.9blks, 1.2stls, 4.9 asts.

What do i have to do to win that award! Has anybody won the award???

i think its also by your team record, if u losing much games he wont recieve an award, but if you like 7-0 that month u have a better chance to win the award.. but im not sure if its the same with nba live

i got the award twice for one of my rookies and like 4 times for a player but this was in like 7years of franchise

i simmed the games

it happened to me 2.. lebron should have been both player and rookie of the month.. he was almost averaging a triple double with 22pts 8rbs 7.5assts... i was the division leader and 4th in the league.. he should get player and rookie of the month.. instead it was tmac who was averaging 30 pts 8 rbs 4asst which was ok but rookie of the month was 'melo averaging 12pts with less than 5 rbs and assts

it doesnt happen in real life for rookies, but player of the week in real life Voshon Lenard??? Andrei Kirilenko???

I'm almost past December and the player of the month option hasn't even come up in my dynasty yet! Can someone tell me what is going on?

i had the leagues best record at the time.
but my rookie was coming off the bench.. maybe that comes into effect?

It's a SERIOUS bug..

It doesn't depend on your record or if they come off the bench.

I used to think it was dependent on the number of games you played but even that isn't the reason. So basically it's jus a BS bug
