How do I create Jersey numbers, and how do I decide its place in the jersey ??

I believe many people use a font of some sort, then change the colours simply with the draw tools. Try making a large set of numbers from 0-9, change their colours, set the background to transparent, make those the back numbers, then re-size them and set as the front numbers.

there is a tool, fshed, you can download it and the jersey importer plug-in for it. with this program it's very easy to put them on the right place!
