CPU Short Range , medium range, and long range shooting...

I know it says these things, but its not too accurate if you think of it.
Do they mean CPU Range Shooting in percentage, or do they mean CPU Range Shooting in Frequency?

They dont say, its just CPU Range Shooting.
from my experience, it seemed like they shot less ( frequency )when i lower it.
but by the way i see sliders posted, it looks like its how off and on they are (percentage).

Any of yous know for certain?
