Season & Updated Rosters Question!!!

what file(s) exactly do i need to overwrite(update) in my season save (C:/My Documents/NBA Live 2004/002) when i get new rosters, to get these updated rosters in my season?

teams.dbf, players.dbf,... ???????????

You can't apply updated rosters to a season you have already started. Overwriting your season files will cause you to lose season data.

Andrew. Can we copy season stats and data that we already started over your new roster update. That would be nice coz if i already played 30 games and i don't want to start the new season again. If so which files do we need to replace with. Thanks

make a backup of players and replace it.. might just work

That would overwrite the roster changes and any new created players.

I know thet in Live 2003 i replaced some files (dont remember) of season with some files (new rosters) and it was ok with everything. Can it be players.dbf or teams.dbf ???

If you change the Players.dbf files, you won't have the rosterchanges made, like you wont have a trade made becuz that player still has the same team number as before. Hope that made sense.

And of course, the cumulative season stats will be lost.
