Roster updates for consoles - HELP!

I'm on PS2 - does anybody know where I could get a text update to help me create players and edit those who obviously should be changed for better or worse (eg Ron Murray / Antonio Davis).

I see a thread here with player movements and so forth, but I am after something with player ratings as well.

Any help appreciated fellas.
