Arena Ceilings

I'm surprised I didn't find this topic anywhere but in my PC version all the ceilings of the "distinct" arenas are the same and the cool ceilings of Oakland and Seattle for example are also generic. Is it the same in playstation? Doesn't that suck and can it be changed?

In the PS2 Version Everything is there.

Environment settings of either Maximum, or High will give you distinct arenas.
