Here are mine:
space = shoot
Alt = pass/switch
V = dunk/steal
C = pro hob/block/rebound
X = turbo
D = alley oops/take charge
S = backdown
Z = dribble
Tab = off ball switch
Up,Down,Left,Right = for movement
A = direct pass
F = playcalling
Q,W,E,R = Quick Plays

I'm kinda "old school" by myself too and prefer playing with the keyboard.
my sets are

shift = shoot
A = pass/switch
S = dunk/steal
Z = pro hob/block/rebound
ctrl = turbo
space = alley oops/take charge
Q = backdown
X = dribble
W = off ball switch
r/d/f/g = for movement

I find those keys very quick to learn. Try em out and let me know whatcha think?

i broke my stupid pad 2 days be4 the game came out cause i stepped on it and tried to pick it up and one the connections inside got loose...and i haven't had time to get a new one
