Online play questions

So far I've only played one game online. A 1 on 1.

What happens if your in the middle of a real game and say for instance the phone rings, or you have to get a beer, etc. Do you just pause ? Is there a chat function during the game ?

Also,
Do the online games always use the default rosters, or the rosters the game setup person has loaded. What about cameras. Can each player use a different camera, or is again up to whoever set up the game ?

BTW, I'm jwasson1 on EASO. No cheatin, no disconnecting from me unless by accident.

You can pause during the game but only if you have the ball. There is a chat feature you have to hit the accent button.

When you play Ip to Ip you are going by the host settings there not many you can control before the game unless you request specific settings by e-mail before you even log on to his IP. Camera I believe is also by the host. I like sideline view (I believe the standard for most longtime Live players). I have yet to play on the EA site, I like direct connection though. It's also proably best to get the other person roster before playing him so you know what you playing with.

Thanks for the info. I'd certainly rather play folks here that are much less prone to cheat, etc. I haven't tried IP to IP yet, so you'll have to step me through it. The only rosters I have are the default and one I use that has most of the trades not in the orignal rosters. I have not edited any player abilities, only reordered rosters on Memphis. I also have changed shoes on several players in my roster.

What time do you want to hook up ? I'm in Central time zone.
