2003-04 Season
(Superstar, 12min)

Cavs signed J.McCoy

(please note: I'm only making transactions that happen in real life, none of my own)

CLE (1-0) @ SAC (0-1)

Cavs 118
Kings 116

Lebron James
24 points
18 assists
10 rebounds
6 blocks

Trailed by 20+ for most of the game but outscored Sacramento 39-13 in the 4th (still can't believe it). Hit the lead for the first time with 1:30 remaining. The main change I made in the 4th was focusing hard on getting my fastest men back on defense as soon as I put a shot up. Plus Darius Miles scored 15 in the final quarter. King Lebron James was the only decent performer over the first three quarters scoring-wise. Then in the 4th Lebron picked up many of his 18 assists through feeding Miles close to the basket.

CLE (1-1) @ PHO (1-1)

Suns 127
Cavs 107

Stephon Marbury
29 points
17 assists
3 rebounds

Despite another triple-double from James the Cavs as a team never looked comfortable. Streaky shooting and very inconsistent transition defense were the main issues. I expected to at least be in this game after such a strong performance on opening night, but this is a tough schedule for the Cavs with several Western road games early.

CLE (2-1) @ POR (1-1)

Cavs 94
Blazers 85

Lebron James
21 points
10 rebounds
8 assists
3 blocks

This is the hardest I've ever worked in an NBA Live game. Held the Blazers to 40% shooting. Great team effort with stand-out defensive performances from Miles and Davis after Lebron picked up 4 fouls in the first half and was forced to ease off. Shot well from the foul-line for the first time this season after having major problems with the new shooting design in the first 2 games.

Yeah, I'm very impressed with how real they made his abilities. His assists numbers so far have been awesome, and I haven't even been trying to get him his assists, it just happens without you noticing.

I like how they made his game. Only thing is that he has a horrible shot, I think his shot in real life is better.

It's not the best shot but its not the worst either. Though I haven't had any problems scoring with Lebron cos everytime I see him close to the basket I get the ball to him, then do a pro-hop and he's a great finisher once he gets in the paint.

DEN (2-3) @ CLE (2-2)

Nuggets 102
Cavs 92

Andre Miller
33 points
4 rebounds
3 assists

Frustrating game, both teams struggling with 40% shooting. Led for most of the first half but slowly lost the flow on offense and Denver began hurting me from downtown. Was out-rebounded comprehensively. Boykins and Miller did a great job of penetrating my defense and scored a lot from both inside and outside. Lebron easily won his matchup with Melo in every aspect though did struggle from the perimeter for the first time this season (2-8 treys).
