Played my first online game tonight.

Postby SuperFlash on Mon Nov 17, 2003 3:11 pm

I played tonight using my rosters. I was using the Clippers minus Brand (injured). And he was using the Rockets minus Griffin and Pike (suspended and injured). Great game!!!!! We didn't the fatigue high enough byt got some really good stats. And had a great game that was close to the end. We were play 7 min qtr and probably should have played longer.

Entire Game Houston LA Clippers

Points 71 74
Bench Scoring 11 29
Field Goals 29/68 30/79
Field Goal % .426 .380
3 Point FG 2/16 1/9
3 Point % .125 .111
Free Throws 11/19 13/19
Free Throw % .579 .684
Rebounds 42 49
Off. Rebounds 3 11
Def. Rebounds 39 38
Blocks 5 6
Steals 9 7
Assists 18 22
Turnovers 10 13
Fouls 14 10

The lag can really throw off your rythm in your shots even if it a minor lag. He went 10 for 30 with Franchise. I hate Chris Kaman. Corey Maggette didn't do anything for me either. But still pulled it out.

was great!!

i really enjoy playing superflash, he is fun to play, and plays realistically, not doing little exploitations or anything

i was trying to get webber (b wallace shut him down), peja, and bibby to carry the load, but it was b jackson, peeler, and g wallace (what a dunker) that saved the day for me

plus the fact that the pisons missed al least 10 shots to end the first half after being up by 15 (same thing happened to me when i was rockets) hope it does not happen often

tie-breaker wed!

I really suck online. I'm, like 1-6. I could probably beat most of the opponents I face, but I always stab myself in the foot with TOs and forcing something in the post, which the other player turns into an easy dunk or lay-up. The last guy I played could not play offense: he just dunked and shot threes. I played the zone the whole game and he couldn't even penetrate inside. But, again, I gave him the opprotunity to get a lot of fast breaks.

My single victory was a great game, though. I played with the Rockets, and Stevie Franchise made the shot in the paint to send it into overtime, where I pulled away.

I really shot myself out of this game. A lot of those three's came at the end, but even before that I wasn't hitting. I tried to get Okur going but couldn't. I should have stuck with Rip a little more (he was really tired). Playing online makes me not want to play the computer any more. I noticed we took a lot of shots, but that came from the fact that we were taking really quick even if we weren't on the break. 19 Turnovers is too many. My Assist to Turnover was horrible compared to the first game. My Free Throws were way down compared to the first game. So were his because half of FT came in the fourth because I ws int. fouling at the end. If I foul more and slow the game down maybe I'll win.

i do not look forward to starting another dyansty vs the computer anymore either

playing vs a human opponent is THAT much better

trust me, the main reason it took me (and my 3 roommates) so long to grad from college was live

started with lakers vs celtics and ended with live 98 exaggeration, but you get the idea

I played two games last night.

One game was "scholt". This was a rematch of Monday's game. Last night it was Houston vs. Detroit. He hosted this time, but came out really flat. I think I jumped out to a 20 pt lead but he fought back over the course of the game. I finally got Okur to play well but couldn't get Campbell or Wallace going. Steve Francis was still shooting like the first time. But Mobley and Pike were holding them up. Ming didn’t give him anything. Here's Houston's stats and here's the Piston's stats. Here are the Game stats.

One game was against "#12". Let me say first that there was a little more lag than usual, I was hosting but I’ve never had that much. I was Memphis and he was Toronto. A lot of turnovers in this game and I don’t think he really got into a rhythm. I do believe the lag affected his shot though. Here’s Toronto’s stats and here’s the Grizzles stats. Here are the Game stats. Hope we can play again #12. Sorry I couldn’t get back with you last night, wife forced me to bed). Hopefully we’ll get a game in later today.

Im going to have a little fun with my friend scholt :P . Here a some interesting stats from the twogames I played with Detroit and the two games he played with the Rockets. *Note when you at the MPG, it's what the minutes would equal if we played 48 minute games, just to put the stats in better perspective. Also C. Mobley only played 6 minute is his first game.

Enjoy. Comparion Stats

that is pretty cool super!

i wouldnt mind playing a 7 game series with houston vs your vile pistons lol

well, do it like real life, home court is the host

i need to lower my defense a bit we were getting pushed a bit too much, you just handled it a lot better than i did, frankly i am surpised my gamepad did not 'accidentally' fly into the wall (really really hard)

hehehe

what other changes do i need to make to my sliders?
