I need help with sliders 4 superstar

Could anyone post if they know the combination to make stats realistic for 12 minutes if not 12 than at least 10 or 8.
By the way is there a possibility to make CPU take more jumpshots by not adjusting its strategy every time.
One anoying thing I noticed that there's no last man back and on offense you can't always pass to a guy who's in front
