Still no jersey numbers

I tried to reply to my last but it was locked. In the technical issues, the only solution was to try to update my video card. It's a 64 mb card. I don't think that's the issue. Again, any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

My problem is that the numbers on the jerseys don't show up. Does anyone know how to fix this?
