Does the Double Team Defense actually work?

Everytime I select it, nothing happens. It used to work fine in 2003.

Yea I am having this problem as well.....

Sometimes I get a double team and sometimes not....

I got it to work when I wasn't controlling one of the guards. Strange! Need to experiment with this.

yes it does work but i it works too well cause i real life many pg's if they are trapped right after half court try to dribble out or bust through it but in the game ur guy just does the panic thing and u have to pass

also if someone always double teams the post ull never be able to score....because ur guy does the panic thing and if u shoot its a collision...the game needs more face up post shooting without the collisions and players like timmy and shaq busting through double teams not cowering and having to pass....

That's why you can adjust the Double Team effectiveness with sliders. Sliders appear to work really well.

yea that jut makes them not get steals ur player still does that
