what version are you going to nba live 2004 for?

Discussion about NBA Live 2004.

Trust me, I know how to write. I work at my school (NYU) as a writer.
Going on that statement you made about my writing stunk here: of sourse it does, why in the world would I try to be grammatically correct here? All the viewer needs are FEW context clues. It's a "I got that, good, thanks for ther info" kind of a thing.

I never said your grammar is bad. I said your knowledge of computer related items is lacking.
Evidence: calling EA and asking them which version will be the best. Isn't that for the users to decide?

would it be possible that the XBOX version is the most profitable version ??

maybe that's why the sales guy told you that the XBOX one is the best~

Nah i doubt it. Last I saw X-box sales were terrible.
really?? maybe it's the different between microsoft & EA ~~

anyway, i must buy the PC version no matter how good the console version is.

For ChristSakes... it's a gaming post, not a post requesting an entrance to heaven.

What I said was concise. Few error might have exist here and there, but were are all human. Trust me, my sentences were clear. You're just commenting on my writing b/c you can't find a legitimate comeback. Please, the posts are sacking, and you're making a big fool out of yourself. Bis, THIS ISN't A LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT... Doesn't have to be detailed. Additionally, who cares about grammar. You are presumptuous and a perfectionist.

You're not even reading what i wrote. You were the one that picked on my grammar and comprehension to begin with. I did not say your grammar sucks or that your sentence structure was bad. The only thing i picked on was your total lack of knowledge when it comes to how games run on PC's. You have strange ideas that do not make sense. THAT is what i have an issue with. You're writing is fine, but when it comes to EXPLAINING something related to games, you're just wrong on most counts. You're whole argument on why pc games are slower than x-box ones is just wrong. I can tell you know very little about how games run on pc's. But on the bright side you can write perfect english.

Lastly, I minored in Psychology. I'm confident that the blur you have on the posts are simply from the adrenaline that gets pumped when you think that you got reject. This anomaly usually leads the person to QUICKly "read, answer back" . I am competent that you haven't even read my post to the fullest. Probably, as you soon as you heard "you are wrong" you unvoluntarily responsed with an unbacked action. This is why I emphasized you to read it carefully one more time. If you fine my NORMAL typing uncomprehendable, mostly everyones' posting would be to you. I'm sure you can read and comprehend between lines -- I can spot this skills in your writing. But, it was all you rapid reaction. Please, reconsider what you have said. Finally, posting more prattles will do nothing but scar you. Please end it here.

I read your posts. I found them to be amusing because they were so blatantly wrong. I tried to correct you, but you insisted on calling me names because I couldn't understand how someone can be so wrong and be so adamant about it, so I asked for clarifications. This is not another 'lame' comeback because i'm 'losing' the argument. Arguing on the internet is pointless. BUT I just wanted to find out how you came to your conclusions. This is what my goal was. And I must say if you read a bit about computers and look back on your posts you will find how ridiculously wrong they are. End it if you want. You don't have to reply. I'll stop now because this IS getting pointless trying to teach you about how computers work.

haha..
answer:
I bet nothing. The PC one will be both graphically superior (assuming you have the computer to run it at max details) and will allow more customizations and tweaking.
OH actually one thing, the PC one will probably have more problems, simply because of all the hardware configurations available.

The only thing the x box has going for it is the fact that you don't have to worry about upgrading and whatnot. But, my cpu will be able to handle 2004 so I'll be happy for now--but next year might be a little different. But as long as EA keeps making Live for the PC--I will keep upgrading. This is one of my favorite hobbies, some people smoke crack--I play NBA Live and make patches.

Magic Johnson says" hey James, do your balls ever feel like there on fire?'
James Worthy says" Like a burning sensation when you pee?"
Magic Johnson says "No, like my balls feel like there burning"
James Worthy says "Naw man,Must just be you"
Magic Johnson says "oh?"

thanks for the flame tales.

OK... he was joking. You are suppose to laugh and forget about it. (You laughed good... but didn't forget about the issue.) You are so pathetic... pathetic like your repetitive vocab list.

Cocobee -- or should I say Simmons lol -- PC as of now have much more graphic power, and this has effect on many games... but from the EA preceptive... not on LIVE. It was 2003, and not 2004... so just absorb my saying here. I think that console might surpass when PS3 comes out. I heard INTEL or... IBM was teaming for a Quantum based system.

WTF is "Simmons?" Is that a code?

Ok first off, don't talk to me like that for I have not disrespected you in any way. I'm not stupid so don't talk to me like that. This is a Live 2004 general issues forum, you are obviously talking about Live 2006 or beyond. Excuse us if we are concerned about Live 2004. About PS3, don't you think when that comes out--there will be PC's already faster than that.

Thanks! But I feel fine, considering that no one was wrong, technically. Bishiboy is to some degree right... but when the prices of computers decline just a bit more... than yes. From where we stand now, I believe what EA told me.

lol... Simmons. Good thing I have a good memory.

No... that's not what I meant. Sorry if I sounded disrespectful. I'm saying that console might have a chance to surpass PC as in general when they implement Quantum into PS3. I heard they were getting close. About the PC being good there: Pc is more complicated to Quantum. This will take longer to develop. IBM has patented the technology, and might release it soon to the upcoming PS3. Quantum computer, I believe, might be in few years. I say a good 4-6 years.

Of course, after all I am the admin. But with the flame over, I'd rather keep the thread open for on-topic posts. Locking a thread is usually a last resort when a flame cannot be extinguished.

All I can say is that on a top of the line computer with all graphics cards and everything up to date, it looks a lot clearer and smoother then on any console I've seen.

I have taken a tour of EA fvdmc, and I don;t know what the hell you're talking about by finding out how many frames there are. You can't see any of that shit and all the workers get pissed off if you disrupt them.

he meant visit their website. I didn't get it either. I still don't know what it would prove.

On a side-note, I was just wondering why people like to buy multiple versions of the game for different platforms? Like why would anyone buy both the PS2 version and the X-box?

I buy the PC version for single player games and patchmaking. I buy the PS2 version for two player games.
