i don't see the big deal everyone makes out of "flame wars", there fun and i love winding people up! The fact the these peple can so much about what an unknown person from who knows were thinks about them or what they say, i find it quite comical.

where the hell did the term "flame war" com from anyway? sounds kinda queer.

He's telling the truth. I called media play earlier just to check it out and they told me they had it. I asked a few questions like how many copies they had and the lady told me she had 2 left. in my opinion flame wars are not fun for people who can't hold ther own in a verbal battle, so if you can't verbally defend yourself, you're right.

But then again if you don't have ammo in the gun, don't try to use it.

It's possible to discuss things and have a difference of opinion without resorting to insults and personal attacks. Flame wars are disruptive - there's a difference between a flame and a debate.

I'm not going to warn you again. Do not attack other members. Do not incite flame wars. Make a positive contribution to the forum.

If you want to cause trouble and flame, find another forum because you certainly won't be welcome here.

Behave yourself, follow the rules. That's the last I'll say on the matter before I take action.

hehe...i was exactly like you when i joined this community. I flammed and spammed but that was cause i was a newbie to message boards and the net. I suggest if you wanna stick around and be a contributer to this community...you should read the rules and follow them...no matter how fun being a baka is (Y)

if i'm not mistaken, he said "call the store if you want, here's the number"
so i did, and the info he gave was false, so i called him on it. Big deal. He was the one who gave me the info, i just followed up. And we he fessed up to the fact that he didn't have it, i stopped.

also, even if that was considered "flaming" what else have i done? except questioning the flaming rule itself, which isn't "flaming" per say, i've done nothing any worse than a lot of others.

so whats with the dictator attitude?

and BTW if were a "community" i fit in perfectly. ......think about it, doesn't every "community" have a neighbor nobody cares for?

and one more thing. what is that post by old school fool considered? neighborly advise, seems an awful lot like "FLAMING" or inciting a "FLAME WAR" to me. Why don't ya give him a little warning, seeing how you're in that frame of mind.

On every EA related board it's always the same thing. While most people want to help eachother with sharing the info they can find, a few kids ruin it for everybody saying the "got the game".
