Andreas, we seriously hope that you reconsider the modification of your shoes. I'm sure the appropriate credit will be given here and this shouldn't take away from your hard work. Maybe you guys can discuss this privately if need be and come up with a solution. I really don't feel this is reason enough to stop work on such a promising patch.

I hope you think this over thoroughly. Both of these patches have much to offer. Please try to communicate on this issue.

What shoes of mine did you modify?
I made a lot of colorways for my shoes.
And when you say that all of my shoes are edited, I get a little confused. :?

The Patch Is Done, But I Need Permission

This is excellent news, we appreciate the tremendous effort put in by all involved, this includes all shoes patchers and those with the vision of making this a reality!! Hope we can gain permission to eventually see the fruition of this project :D

guys, u need to know i love that u take the time to make all these shoes, my passion for realism is helped tremenously by all of you, but i have over 150 shoes in my possession and i have no idea who made most of them. and if i have to go through every shoe to know who to give credit too, it would take more time than the patch itself does. so i'll let you know when i get it all figured out, til then i guess u can all wait around for godson, cause this is gonna take awhile.

Dahl and Chett, i will get to u about what shoes i got from you once i figure it out, im envious of your patience, cause if i were you, i wouldnt even care, i would just want the patch. give me a couple dayz

Dahl, some of the shoes i got from ya i did get like in white and 1 in black. but sum of yours have a color in them such as yellow or blue, so i grayscale that color, so any of your shoes that did have color in them such as your sean carter and your generations, i used both of those but i took the green out of the carters and the red out of the generations. i just meant i changed most of the shoes i have. i probobly didnt modify most of your shoes, u usually always give just a white and black version. hope your not still confused

Can you perhaps send the patch to the respective patchers and have them pinpoint their own work? This all seems too time consuming. We really hope there's a reasonable solution to this. THe community has been waiting anxiously for this release.

Perhaps this would have been less of a chore if we knew certain credits had to be applied during the initial stages of creating this patch. Keep us all up to speed on the matter.

They would have to go through all of the shoes too anyway. It would probably take just as long.

Possibly. To be honest, I'm just throwing out ideas in hopes that we find a solution expeditiously. At this point, others should feel free to interject with their own ideas and suggestions.

Wait a minute! You don't have to give credit for every single shoe. Certain shoe patchers are contempt with knowing that their work is a part of this initiative. They've given permission to use their shoes. Simply listing their names as contributors to this initiative should be adequate.

Dahl and Chetto have requested that credit be applied for each shoe involved in the project (I assume), so these are the ones you should be concerned with.

I agree, at this point this is a time consuming affair!

You have my permission to use my shoes... (Y)

I didn't ask for credit on every shoes. I was simply asking why you said that you edited all of my shoes...

And yea. If you would like to have credits on every shoe the easiest way would be to send the file to a few patchers and let them tell you witch ones are who's. It would save you a lot of time and effort.
It would also let the patchers give you some feed-back before releasing
But that is only if you wan't to do that.

in regards to my patch, i now have the following teams left:

orlando
philly
phoenix
portland
seattle
toronto
utah
washington

...out of the 174 available files to import sneakers, i have imported 147 different colorways (thanks to chetto, gossard, dahl, steve, micro, jose, andyg, and cklitsie)...im using up all of those slots when its all said and done, so i have about 27 to bang out for the remaining 8 teams....

...just a little caveat...i edited both the shoes.fsh file and andrew's players.dbf file, so as of right now, i dont think there'll be a batch installation process...im just gonna release the two files (.fsh and .dbf) and u'll have to copy the dbf file into your season file and the .fsh file into your xplrcmn.viv file....

...sorry about that, but thats the easiest way to go...i originally planned on making the patch for myself to start a new season, but seeing that it was gonna be such a good patch, i decided to release it to the public...sorry for the inconvenience...expect the patch to be released before 3pm est tommorrow...

take care
