I was always a fan of that honeycomb key design.

Yeah, I agree with you there but the previous court design they used looks fine too. According to Internet, they debuted the honeycomb in 95-96 season.

I guess Hornets were first to use a gradient color scheme for out-of-bounds and inside the 3 point lane areas

They might well have been. Obviously I have nostalgia for that era, but I do think some of the designs were underrated.

I've been working on some arenas since i learned how to edit stadium files.

with OEdit you can make way better stadiums

Is there a video tutorial on how to edit arenas,with OEdit?

There doesn't exist any, I learned using it with trial and error method
