What do the * mean next to some players?

Also, can you write what offensive/defensive strategy each team should have?

Numbers

Postby stevefrancis3 on Fri Feb 27, 2004 5:59 am

I know there has been a topic with the new numbers of the players involved in a trade, but I just can't find anymore.......Can anyone of you please update the numbers of the players, who have been tradet at the buzzerbeating trades or the numbers of the players, which have been signed by a team!?!?
Thank you :!:

hey just wondering fgrep... considering the big "what if" Grant Hill does come back... how do you think his ratings will be? I'm actually working on that based on the last time he came back...

About Grant Hill, I'm really not sure but the obvious things would be his jump, quickness and speed a little lower, and his scoring will also be about same as last time, something between 14 and 16 (depending on minutes). He should still be a decent rebounder and passer though.

Note: Cleveland's team rating is a little inflated after this, but don't worry it doesn't change much, they don't win that much in the season and when you play them they're just medium.

I think Kedrick Brown's ratings are way too high considering in real life he rarely ever plays. I don't think his shot is as good as we have it rated. Can you help.

Thanks

If you think Kedirck is too high then lower his jump to 80, his fg (not 3pt) to 63, and his defensive awareness to 55.

I think Kedrick Brown is still rated too high overall because he doesn't start over Ira Newble and Newble has way lower ratings on this game. Also when will the next teams updates be out?

Thanks

The Cavaliers have signed Lee Nailon. Fgrep15, please can you update the ratings for him? Thank you!

I think your work is great and I'm happy to play with your player ratings.

(I'm playing the second time with the Charlotte Bobcats; my record in the second year is 11-32 after an 22-60 in the first year with the EA-ratings).

peace

Kedrick Brown is better than Newble, he's more atheletic, can handle the ball better, quicker, faster and a lot more things. Newble is just a hardworking player thats why he starts sometimes, not because he's really good. They also start him depending on matchups.

Yes I already know of the site, Brown has a +1.2 net per48 for the team, and Newble a -7.1.

Things that make Brown better, again atheleticsm, quickness, speed, dunk rating, those aren't things accounted for by stats.

What were you really trying to show me, that Kedirck is also a better shooter, passer, has a better hands rating, and is a slightly better rebounder, but doesn't draw fouls as well and isn't as good a blocker??

Have you updated Newble yet, by the way? And what about Melo's dunking?
