Getting the PC version this week.

Hey......Demo release date????? any answer??

Tell me, does it say the first name of a created player now (if his name is in the game?)

it says the Nickname or jersey number such as Number 3, when I created my player, I chose ATM as the nickname for him and in the game it said ATM.

Bad news. I got this email yesterday night.

As noted, the PC version will be out in the beginning of November. The
date I've got is the 11th right now, subject to change.

Normally, the games should be in the hands of the community leaders 5-7
days before the game hits store shelves. That means around the 5th or
6th.

They aren't going to release it the same day as FIFA 2004, 4th. I'm sure that's the reason for delay.

Why am I not surprised? Well, EA did say that the release date was gonna be the 11th anyway. Hopefully they don't stick to the "subject to change" for the worse.

I'll try to stay positive! I haven't been this excited about PC game for quite a while! PLEASE come out on the 11th!

Damn, I doubt he got it b/c I know he'd give us a heads up if he did. Maybe EA didn't send him one or will be getting it when everybody else gets it.

ahhhh just three more days and its customizing heaven

I"m at work but I got the game today. I went home on my lunch break to play and I played Detroit vs. Philly. I played with the default settings.
It seems like they have sliders to adjust every part of the game including player collisions and injuries.

In one case B. Wallace made a realistic block against AI while he was driving to the hole. AI fell down.

Intentional fouls looked really realistic.
Block shots are realistic.
Fouls while attempting a dunk looked realistic.

I only played 1 half and then played a 1 on 1 game with Darko against KG.

I'll post more when I get home and play more.
