no for crying out loud...
not like tony hawk... the game is so damn unreal, you jump up like 50-100ft  of a vert-ramp...

but one thing i realy like is the second one by Goodz. have the whole motion of the player contoled by yourself...
and i think it would be wise to impleant some sort of slow-motion-thingy, you get it once you go 'airborne'. i think that would be kinda cool... and then a little while after the dunk (and the crowds reaction); have a bunch of replays...

one thing that someone said earlier was that you could create your own dunks... this isn't a bad idea actually... you could impleant it someway in the franchise and pracise mode for a sertain player... to pracise on it for some time untill he can do it (depending on his stats offcourse)

i'll stop now  hehe i realise something like this won't be 'possible' for like 2-3years...

I don't think he meant it like that, i like he meant like have like l and r turn them to do 360's and stuff and have like this button does between the legs instead of like stale fish or something.

I really like that, but If they do do that than it should only be in the dunk contest not in games, cause that would suck like you get on a fast break it is all fast and everything than is just like stops and you have to press buttons for a dunk.

I don't know about that...if they did do that than they would consentrate more on stuff like this than teh actually gameplays and stuff like that. But in a few years maybe...

Lol, hey you never know, with the lastest technology... i just thought of something, this would be the best game ever, like it is a vitural basketball game, you put on teh helmet thing and you get your basketball and you play a game basicly and you se like an NBA game, lol i doubt that won't happen till like maybe the earlist 2050, lol.

I think with the freestyle revolution and with the separate button for layups and dunks, I can see us having complete control in the air in the near future, not just for a dunk contest, but in the game too.

If you think about it, it wouldn't be that hard to control. Sure a dunk happens pretty fast, but it happens fast in real life too. If a guy can put a ball between his legs in real life, I'm sure its possible to do it using our fingers in the same time.

As for controlling it, well you have the left analog controlling the body (so you can lean or do twists by rotating the analog), and the right analog controlling the hands (windmills could be half rotations, and pumps up and down, etc..)

And this wouldn't have to be limited to dunks. It could be for layups too by pressing the shoot button to release it, to avoid blocked shots or to do reverse layups.

And think of all the crazy missed dunks you could do! Who doesn't like those?

I really hope EA's working on this for future releases.
