Yes it has to be enabled. . . the official patch is also needed. . .

what? are you sure?. . . for andrew bynum you need the rookie cyberfaces patch from nbalive.org, and for Turiaf I dnt know I enabled him myself in that save file. . .

i have a problem
i use the current rosters but i want to delete some created players so i can make space to create my own players but there is a error that shows up that says players.dbf is having problem and the game crashes help me please!

I think what he means is, go to \NBA LIVE 2004\main\cscripts\xstartup.cfg
find the line that says customart 0
and change it to customart 1
