hey maybe instead of everyone asking for it sent by email, how bout one of you other guys that got it sent to them help the guy out and post it here for download?
BTW to the creator just upload the file itself to the website just like you did your page and people will be able to download it.
EDIT:
If one of you that got the file want to send it to me ill put it on my isp site with no bandwidth limit so others can get the file as well.
