No to be too annoying, 'cause I know everyone has been screaming about rushing the patch, but if it takes another week the tournament will be over! I want to at least play the final four (Heck, just release the final four, that would serve until the remaining jerseys were done). I respect the effort u guys put into this project, but time is of the essence... lol. Just a suggestion.

I think this patch will help in keeping busy during the offseason!!! So your going to stop playing nba live 2004 after the finals???

heres why i dont hurry this:
All the contributers, along with myself have all worked our asses off for this project, i'm not willing to release a lack luster mod after all the effort we have put in. it will be released when the jerseys are finished and i can setup an install...maybe if more people helped out i could have gotten this out earlier, but when i asked for help i didnt get as much as i really would have liked.... Fact is 29 teams in a month or so is pretty damn quick...

Oh boy. I don't know about you, but it's kinda nice to play a game before the season ends. Why do you think they drop the prices of games after the season ends? No one buys them. I understand completely what Repole means when he doesn't want to release the patch early. I always play the games on TV in live or madden before they happen, or even during halftime, I don't see any flaw in my logic for enjoying to do that. I'm not posting to knock the patchers for not having put this out earlier, I'm proud this patch is even made at all, since EA should be putting March Madness on the PC anyway(BTW your homemade jerseys look better than EA's anyway). All I was saying was a small light suggestion. It's not like I'm going to demand something, who am I to do that? All I know is to all the Madden gamers, how often are you still playing with the NCAA teams patch? I thought so. Regardless, it must be repeated that I value you patchmakers efforts, and don't let a small suggestion rattle your efforts. Quality is often undervalued, maybe that's what I did.

I didnt mean to come of as being mean or angry or anything like that incase u thought i was...i am just saying that at this point, releasing something a few days early could hurt the patch in the long run big time. ive released mods early before, its not a good idea.....

I have that madden ncaa mod, i even exported all the teams then imported them into an nfl roster so i could play ncaa against nfl. and when i do play madden (which isnt much because i've been busy with ncaa here ) i often still use the ncaa teams..

Repole, just wondering if you had access to any of the files for the 2003 patch. I made a bunch of the unis in that patch, and they should be able to be used, or at least used as a basis. I formatted my harddrive and lost all the psds of the unis, otherwise I'd help you out.

we're pretty mcuh teamed up with last years team. uk has done all the roster ratings, i've used logos as a base for all the logos i've done....

as for jerseys, most of them have changed, and some things dont line up correctly...also last years version of fshed or w/e u used wasnt as good so when importing the jerseys they lost a ton of quality.....also a lot of the numbers and names on the back have messed up.....

courts gerald was able to look at and model his after them, and used the center court logos i believe...


As for an update for every1......
I've made installs for each of the 5 sections, along with a ncaa to nba/nba to ncaa switch program.....

i've fixed any jersey bugs recently had with numbers or anything....

I've finished xcommon logos, i still have to do xlogo_sk then logos will be done (i'm always looking for help )

courts are totally done, i'll be giving them to uk at some point so he can compile it into an install (he has a program that compresses files down much better then the program i have/use)

rosters are having a few final touches put on em by uk. dynasty mode now fully working!

jerseys still have a few left...

yes since it'll be split up into 5 or so parts.....i will also include a switching program which will switch ur game from ncaa mode to nba mode or vice versa....this will switch both dbf files and art files.....so incase something goes wrong u can simply use teh switch program and it will basically uninstall everything...

I wil have previews of all the fully working jerseys i have in game soon...

I have finished the Marquette Jerseys and even created an Alternative jerseys for them (Gold). But I cant find the right letters for the front.
