They should be in the render folder, same as all the other new art. If CustomArt isn't enabled, they won't show up.

Downloading the game off the internet for free is illegal. So no, fixes won't be offered for that.

However, I bought NBA LIve 08 and NBA Live 06 off of Amazon, and you can still get NBA LIve 04 on Amazon. If you want to use the mods, my suggestion is to go online and buy the game. Here is the amazon link.
