Updates in version 2.00:
- Current rosters updated as of the end of the season.
- Corrected positions based on starting lineups and for better sub patterns
- ALL (as in every single player including free agents) player ratings have been updated based on final season stats
- Fixed all the player bodytypes so I don't feel like I'm playing NBA Eating Disorder 2004 anymore
- A bunch of bums created using the crappy create player the game has
- Added '65 Celtics, '67 Sixers, '70 Knicks, '71 Bucks, '72 Lakers, '83 Sixers, '86 Celtics, '87 Lakers, '89 Pistons, '92 Bulls, '93 Nets, '93 Suns, '94 Knicks, '95 Magic, '96 Sonics, '96 Bulls, '97 Jazz, '99 Spurs, '00 Pacers, '00 Lakers
- Placed 15 of the 19 selected players on the Bobcats roster, I randomly chose the UFAs to fill out the roster
- Fixed socks, bands, shoes thanks to Rune and Tony
- Added benjisliders.txt file to YOUR main NBA Live 2004 folder so you can always access the sliders list

Continuing Features:
- Salaries and Salary Cap updated to the real life ones (you will need to start a new dynasty to get the new salaries)
- Sliders (at the end of this file)
- Team sets so teams play like they should
- Coaches updated
- Dennis Rodman player update (by Tony and Gene) included so he has his tattoos and wacky hair
- Hands corrected
- Training Camp Dynasty Bug Fixed

I also updated the salary.ini file. I also suggest you waive all the players off the Bobcats before you start a dynasty so those players will show up in it.

Ben's roster adds a lot of new teams. If you haven't installed the official update (which allows you to add more teams to the game), then that is probably the cause of the crash.

Ben's roster includes 21 custom teams...but if u don't have EA's official patch, it crashes...

in order not to crash,u should open TEAMS DBF and change 16 of the custom teams' TEAMCODE from 4 to 7...

but this time,u can't play 16 of the teams...if u want to play,create 5 different rosters and in each roster change different teams' TEAMCODE to 7...

You know how it would lower your ratings when you trained? I made it so it can't go any lower than zero, it just didn't make sense that you could get worse at shooting just because you worked on passing.

Okafader, are you saying even if you installed the ea patch you still have to change the team codes. Or if you have the patch you don't have to do anything? I only have one team that causes crashes, the 96 sonics team.

Ben,i have EA's patch and the rosters work very well but i have a problem...

when i enter 'tasklist' during the game and when i say OK to the ''In games tasks.......'' thing at the end of the game,it crashes...

i think the problem is with the tasklist but i can't solve...can you help?

i deleted all the classic teams like Okafadar said, and it worked. I could finally play a game and it was great so realistic. But when i wanted to start a dynasty mode with the lakers after the trainingcamp it crashes.
anyone that can help me?

I believe that is because Ben changed the bodytype's for some players sicne they used to be thinner and the headshape that is part of the patch doesn't fit the bodytype. That's my educated guess.

Great roster Ben. Played a friend that used the '72 Lakers and I used the current Suns and I beat him 80-17. I'm too good.

that problem was already there without the rosters, i noticed it even with a fresh install of Live04. i'm guessing EA just screwed up somewhere with shaq's custom body model.
