Please take a look at my first NBA Live 2004 patch.

The reason why i made Dajuan was because i didn't think his face was that good the way EA Sports made it, and also because i like the player, and i'm a newbie patcher, so i just thought he would be pretty easy to patch.

Here is the preview of version 1.0:

Please post some comments, and whether you think i should realease it or not...

EDIT 2: I darkened his nostrils, and got Steve's permission to use his kicks. So i released it! Scroll down this page for more information.

Tis pretty good. I would give him a much lighter skin tone though.

Thanks for the comments y'all.

Although i at first thought that my previous skintone was fitting (eg. check this pic: http://hot.ee/dwgarage/pics/predraft/pre1.jpg ), i changed my mind when i lightened it and saw it in-game... (Y)

Take a look at this:

- Updated bhed (lightened)
- Made a "dawagne_acc", including a "bskn" with a nice skintone. I might try to do all of the tatoos later.

In my own opinion, this is some of the closest you can get to the real Dajuan without selecting another headshape.
And remember, i'm a newbie patcher (ok, i made 3 patches for Live 2003, which was all bad), and this is my first Live 2004 patch.

I was thinking of making his tatoos myself, but since i never did tats before, and wasn't able to find any good pictures of him, i tried Devastator's patch for Live 2003 (since i know they use the same format). I then adjusted his skin color a little, and asked Dev about permission to use it, which he gave me.

I also found some Nike Air Max Chosen's (the shoe he used to wear most of the last season) made by Steve i think. That will probably be the shoe he'll be wearing when he gets back on court again. He hasn't played a single game in this season yet, so i couldn't find any up-to-date pictures of him. And of course i won't put it up for download without your permission, Steve.

So I enabled customart and tried it all in-game... he's the preview:

In my opionion it looks just fine.
And if Steve won't give me permission to use his kicks, i'll try and make 'em myself.

I dont have a big complaint, but th color of his nose near his nostrils kinda sticks out. Just see if you can blend it better.

Fix that and its a perfect patch :wink:

in the meantime he doesn't need any shoes included in the patch...waiting for permission for shoes prolongs the release :roll:

so either include other shoes in the patch or do without it, p.s. look how many shoes are already in the game...just release it...its quality patch (Y)

I darkened his nostrils, and i also got Steve's permission, so it's all good! All those crashes with custom art turned on just pisses me off... Hopefully EA Sports will release a patch!
