pro hop/power dribble question

pro hop/power dribble question

are these 2 moves considered freestyle moves? i ask because i just set the human and cpu freestyle effectiveness to 40 and i haven't seen 1 pro hop all game so far.

They're both mentioned in the Freestyle tutorial videos, so they might be considered a part of Freestyle Control.

it seems pretty consistent. through 3 quarters of the game i just finished there were no pro hops. there were some in the 4th but only in situations where there was mad space for the player to execute the move.

i also saw way more shots that i would consider mid-range.
