Season mode and cpu v cpu question..NBA 2004

Just waiting for the pc version to come out over here in the UK and I wondered if you guys that had to game could answer a couple of questions please?

1. In season mode can the user control all teams (season mode NOT dynasty mode)?

2. 1 being true you should be able to select any games from any sides schedule and watch it as a cpu v cpu game - can you do this?
