Can you tieup/steal the guy on the floor with the ball?

You guys know how after a player dives for a ball and he just sits there waiting to pass it....

Is there anything u can do other than trying to intercept his passes?

What about tieing him up for a jump ball or even steal it from him?
Is it possible?

I don't think so I have seen or heard about it. When you get close to a player on the ground there isn't an animation for that.

In the NBA most loose balls on the floor will usually end up in a jump-ball or a timeout.

Yeah hopefully next year they'll put that in.
