I use auto sub and at first the 50 fatigue effect and 50 substitution frequency was cool but later I realized that players stayed out too long. So, I upped it to 60 for fatigue effect and 70 for substitution frequency for Human|CPU and now the starters will come out, get a rest and get right back on the court.
