how do carmelo anthony and other look like in the game

Carmelo has a good cyberface. Almost everybody looks like them in real life although you won't appreciate it that much with the console version. Better wait for the PC version.

To me these things are only important during cutscenes but the faces do look good though.

I've yet to see a cutscene and when I simmed a season, it didn't show the players recieving awards or anything.

You only see cut-scenes of those kinds of things when a player on the team you control gets awarded something.
