NBA Live 2004(PC) release date in other countries

I know Chinese and read that the release date of the PC version is Nov. 10th from the EA official website in Taiwan...And most of all, it only costs about $30 in Taiwan...
So what is wrong with EA, they think we Americans are all rich? Not only do we get the game late, but we also have to pay more...Oh...did I mention that you can get a NBA Live 2004 Gamepad by paying an addtional $5 in Taiwan??? :shock: :shock: :shock:
