It has been confirmed from EA that there won't be no demo release for the PC Version.

well, ignoring the gramatical errors in that email, it doesn't definately confirm that there will be no demo. just that this guy isn't aware of it. he didn't say explicitly there wouldn't be one, did he?

i may be trying to not lose hope, but i do think it's more probable that you missinterpreted his words.

If I didn't mention it earlier,
the current plan is for a 11/11 PC release.

What, does that mean that the release date isn't even confirmed as of yet?
This would be a great time for Andrew or Tim to come and clear some things up. I'm starting to feel a little shaky about it, kinda like Live 2002 PC version or the lack there of.

The latest date I've got is November 11th. That's what I was told about a week or two ago, and I haven't heard of any changes since.

For Live 2002, did they have a lot PC previews and said they were going to have the PC version only to back out the last minute? Or did they simply announced in the beginning that there was no PC version?

I believe it was announced fairly early. It was announced way before the game was released.

2004 is going to be on PC. I was never under the impression there was going to be a 2002 product and was never told by EA or otherwise there was going to be a 2002 product for the PC.

Yeah, I know--I was just talking about that "irry" feeling I got when I found out it wasn't coming out for the PC. EA must just be finishing this game up--and getting it out of the way. Last year, they had a demo and everything. I just hope it's not buggy and that they took some time in programing it over.
