I wonder..
do player improve just coz thier playing or only coz of the trainings?
And there's anyway to see player potential or something?

I have simmed through a few seasons, as well as played through one. The training has no effect on improvements, nor has the playing. In fact, I simmed through the same season twice, without saving, one using my dynasty points to train and one without, and the players still have the exact increase or decrease in ratings.

I was wondering that too. But then I thought about it, because I kno that the older players would naturally get worst. And I figured they wouldn't kill tradition so they'd keep the improvements the same. But that sucks that training doesn't really help ratings like it should.

Can anybody tell me how much the rookies improve by the year, mainly the superstar rookies, and then those who are rated low now but have potential?

Lebron has 69, Carmello 63...so I figure they will both be like 95-97 at their peak after like 5-7 years, but I wouldn't know just yet.
