I'm wondering if in NBA Live 2004 will be/is Season Mode (Not Franchise)?

of course, every year that is

Yes, NBA Live 2004 will feature the traditional single Season Mode as well as Playoff Mode, in addition to Dynasty Mode. I haven't played single season mode since the Franchise concept was introduced, but I'm sure some people still make use of it.
