I think that the cut scenes mentionned in the interview will be here, but maybe not like the way we all think of.

Everybody thinks of a real cut scene, made with the 3D modelisation, where we can see the player face, David Stern and co... And that would be great, like the animations we see when we win a championship... It involves us a little more in the game

But indeed, personnally, I'm afraid that it will be only the same video everytime... without the personnalisation we could get with the 3D animation... :(

I believe everything Mr. Gary Lam (Just showing respect) says , he is the producer. He knows 100% more about the game than anybody, cause he leading the team making the game. Unlike past NBA live producers, this guy loves the game of basketball and I personally can tell. After taking control of the Live series in 2003 he made the series back into a contender. Although the game had alot of problems (Most notably the speed was blazing fast) he help lead Live 2003 in the right direction. Now with Live 2003 under his belt and an upcoming Live 2004, (based on reviews from all kinds of sights this game is revolutionary) he doing his job and doing it very very well. He looked at what fans wanted, and he saw they loved live 2002 only because of the sneakers (which were only look alikes) so he and EA sports went out and worked some magic and got liscened sneakers this time from Nike, Adidas, and Reebok (the big three). I am not giving Mr. Lam (again just showing respect) all the credit, cause i'm sure someone on the team came up with some ideas like the Pro-hop, Mid-air shoot adjument, NBA Store, David Stern at the NBA Draft, or even the updated more realistic freestyle moves (such as the different ways to palm the ball) But i'm just giving some credit for doing to live what no one else did since Live 2000 (which was deeloped by NuFx which now helps out on the NBA street series).
