"Can Not Access Hard Drive"

I just figured for old times sake I would try to play some Live 04 (when modding was awesome)
I clicked the .exe, and the screen goes black, then a box pops up and says "Can Not Access Hard Drive" (or something to that effect, yeah I'm too lazy to do it now. Sue me)
Somebody care to explain?
