Is it possible to play wit updated rosters online?

They release updated rosters online on PS2 but u can only play wit them by yourself. Can they let people play online wit the new updated rosters? And if they can does any one know if they will put that in Live 2004?

i don't think they'll do that feture at least not for this year..not all ppl want to have updated roster...sum ppl don't even know how to update roster..

It's not EA completely, just the NBA Live team.

The NHL series has official updated rosters every month.

I don't know if "lazy" is the appropriate word. Do they really have an obligation to provide roster updates?

True its their r not obligated to do roster updates but it would keep online people interested more. I mean playing wit the same rosters for an entire year online gets kinda old. People would play more if it got more interesting with the updated rosters.

Also i heard that they were gonna have online tournaments but a friend told that me that u have to pay to be in the tournements is that tru?

Possibly. I haven't heard anything about official tournaments, so I can't say for sure.
